Keller Williams Realty – REO Realtor, Owner/Investor January 2005 – Present

• Manage and lead a real estate team that allowed me to close and personally oversee over 300 REO/RE transactions within a 5 year span.

• Currently manage and market REO properties for: FANNIE MAE, NATIONAL DEFAULT SERVICING, OLD REPUBLIC DEFAULT, NEW VISTA, PMH FINANCIAL, Owen REO Mgmt, 24 Asset Mgmt, Chase Bank, and Bank of America.

• Having experience with hundreds of transactions allows me, and my team, to foresee problems and proactively solve issues before they bloom into larger problems, or to stop them in their tracks before they occur at all.

• Provide 48 hour turnover time, accurate, and professional, BPO’s

• Thoroughly familiar with the eviction process and laws pertaining to personal property.

• Have over a 100% success rate on cash for keys negotiations

• Rock solid, experienced, support staff to handle day to day details pertaining to utility issues, giving access to appraisers and workmen for properties, handling damage assessments, getting bids for repair work, securing properties, determining occupancy status, taking photos for marketing, listing maintenance, creating/ maintaining systems for marketing/lead generation for REO properties, etc.

• Full time closer for handling all closing details for REO contracts/closings and full time marketing and listing specialist for handling pre-sale actions, listing compliance & maintenance, & marketing activities.

• Our full time, REO Administrator, is a licensed agent since 2010, has over 3 years experience in handling & managing: REO Listings, lien searches, contact with vendors and appraisers, research for code or HOA violations, uploading documents, and invoicing.

A PERSONAL SIDE

• Robert Serena is a disabled U.S. Marine Veteran, serving the US Marine Corp in 1965 and was a member of the 3rd Battalion/3rd Marines until 1969, during which time he did a tour of duty in Vietnam from 1966 - 1967.

• Robert Serena is a proud supporter and contributor to Keller Williams Realty’s “KW CARES” program which is a public charity created to support Keller Williams Realty associates and their families in times of extreme hardship as a result of a sudden emergency. Robert designates a portion of each earned commission to be deposited directly to “KW CARES.”

• Robert participates in the planning and the executing of the annual “Keller Williams Realty of Manatee – Red Day” event, which is an initiative dedicated to improving our local community. Each year, on the second Thursday in May, tens of thousands of KW agents from across the United States and Canada participate in charitable projects, in their respective communities, devoting their time to renewing and energizing aspects of the neighborhoods in which they serve.
