where individuals can get back into their bodies. on a daily basis we

as a society encounter so many outside distractions that we rarely

make the connection to our own selves: whether through the mind,

body, or spirit. all of the methods of exercise that we offer at the

studio allow the mind to reconnect to the body, which delight the

spirit on many levels.

“Doing Pilates with Brandy changed my body completely, as well as my life. I have been an exercise person my whole life, but the low impact, strength training that Pilates provides is like no other exexercise program.

I was really able to commit to it because I love it!” - Ann Cathcart, Founder of The Learning Camp,Eagle, CO
