Please Welcome ... Elisabeth M. CuadrosCongratulations to Elisabeth Cuadros, who was recently promoted to Assistant Director of Disburse-ments and Travel Services (DTS).

Elisabeth began her career at UTSA in 2011 as a DTS I and accredits her success within DTS towards her work ethic and the desire to excel.

Elisabeth received her Bachelor of Business Administration from UTSA, her Master of Business Administration from Texas A & M Commerce, and is currently progressing toward a Ph.D. In Leader-ship Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Her dedication and commitment to the success of UTSA and DTS make her a valuable resource to the university and those around her. Please welcome Elisabeth Cuadros as the new Assistant Director of Disbursements and Travel Services!

Please Welcome ... Tracy Kindla

Tracy Kindla is the new Supervisor in Disbursements and Travel Services. Her background in Accounting, most recently in Accounts Payable and Expense Report processing, brings a wealth of knowledge and new ideas to the depart-ment.

Tracy’s main area of responsibility in Disbursements and Travel services is travel oriented. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Texas A & M University in San Antonio and is currently studying for her GMAT so she can begin to work on her Master’s Degree in 2015.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and loves to explore new places.

There is a Mileage Rate increase effective January 1st, 2015 that will change the amount from $0.56 to $0.575.

NEWS FLASH

Concur Technologies is launching a new user-interface (UI) for the online booking tool. The new user interface considerably enhances the user experience for Concur Travel. You will find the look and feel of the tool is now smoother and more user-friendly.

All front office personnel should review the new UI before everything is transitioned. Click here to see the user enhance-ments and changes.
