Some of our responsibilities that will be included (but not limited to)
• Identification of major Shopping Centers or areas nationally where the primary target
market is in line with the target customer
• Provisional budget drawn up
• Design and construction of stand/truck/container to be used and in doing so taking into
account event guidelines so the design meets all requirements/restrictions of areas
chosen as well as Brand Guidelines
• All venue dealings – including signing of liability contracts
• All insurance related matters for e.g. Public Liability
• Site meetings where necessary
• Payments of third party suppliers up front (indication of financial stability)
• Co-ordination, training and management of staff
• Giveaway production and or management
• Set up management (stand/layout briefs etc)
• Branding management
• Campaign management
• Conceptualization – competitions etc
• Day event management
• Full proposal drawn up and provided to each venue for approval
• Develop reporting structure and implement
• Printing management – upon received guidelines
• Developing graphic creatives based on brand guidelines when there was no original
artwork provided (but with brand consent)
• Roll out management
• Roll out plans and reports
• Warehousing and Courier management
• All outside supplier meetings and co-ordination such as Security, electricians, stand
builders, municipality liaison
• Photography and Video management
• Monthly stock takes and maintenance on all equipment being used
• Promoting actual events – within Trade (through our extensive databases) or through
websites
• Management of all Brand equipment – servicing these items and returning to client on
completion of the Road Show
• Full Post Promotion/Event Feedback reporting based on requirements
set out by client.
