Xplus 2 (AC) is a high performing central extract system designed to continuously extract stale, moist air from domestic kitchen, bathrooms and commercial wet rooms. This unit is primarily used in domestic applications but can also be used for commercial applications, where continuous extract is required.

The multi-spigot low profile design offers the installer greater flexibility when choosing where to site the unit and also due to the spigot configuration, allows ducting to be connected from any direction, therefore reducing airflow restriction and noise. The unit is suitable for either horizontal or vertical installation.

Xplus 2 units have 1-125m discharge spigot to atmosphere and up to 6-125mm spigots from the dwelling, depending on the total volume require. 4 blanking plates are also supplied.

MECHANICAL EXTRACT VENTILATIONManrose - Whole House VentilationThe ManiVent is an ultraslim whole-house ventilation system incorporating features designed to make installation and commissioning simpler and cost effective. It is suitable for simultaneous ventilation of separate wet areas in a house or flat gathering wet polluted air and discharging it to atmosphere. Each intake spigot of the unit incorporates an auto air volume regulator which controls the volume and pressure within the ducts, regardless of the duct lengths. This automatic feature ensures commissioning is much quicker. The unit has three integral speed settings and an overrun timer. The unit can be controlled via a remote switch or sensor which enables the user to select one or three fan speeds depending on their particular requirements.

VENTILATION


Xplus 2 EC is a low energy use centralised extraction system for dwellings. It removes the need for small individual ventilation products in the bathroom, toilets and kitchens.

It can be installed on a wall (typically in an airing cupboard), in the attic (typically on the gable end or floor) or even in a suitable ceiling or floor void (product profile is 190mm).

Xplus 2 EC has a long life low energy use motor, a highly energy efficient backward curved impeller and control functionality designed to reduce energy consumption. Speeds can be set by the installer to match the required Part F extraction rates for the size and layout of the dwelling.
