Managing Delivery

Following the identification of issues and the development of design and specifications to resolve them, Watts Programme & Cost Management teams across the UK have been engaged by the client to roll out a prioritised programme of construction works.

Our specialist teams have managed the procurement, mobilisation and execution of works by building contractors across the UK, reporting progress of the works and costs to the client.

Watts Project Managers have worked with estates managers, site health and safety managers and student liaison managers to develop programmes of work to minimise disruption to live student environments, successfully delivering critical construction works with minimal disruption.
