Actor Inconveniences/clashes All Me/Group Sometime they can be unforeseen clashes with the group for other classes and commitments. If these were to become a problem for us then we would reschedule the shooting of the day to another day where we would all be present.

Weather Outdoor Locations NA Sometime the weather can affect the shoot. To avoid us being caught in bad weather I will check the weather forecast a few days before the shoot the day before the shoot and the day of the shoot to make sure that it can be avoided.

Memory Card Full or Malfunctioning

All Me/Group It would be a huge problem if the card were to become full or malfunction. To overcome this I will take two spare memory cards with the main one being

16GB so it can hold a lot of footage.

Broken Equipment All Me/Group It is a possibility that some equipment may break. Due to the lack of availability of equipment if some break we may have to rebook some and reschedule shooting.

Trip Hazards All Me/Group Due to the location of the shooting being a wooded area there will be a lot of trip hazards that could cause the actor or the crew to injury them selves. To avoid this we will look of the area of shooting and remove or avoid anything that could be harmful.

Location Unavailable All Me/Group It could be a possibility that the location could be unavailable on the day of the shoot. To void this we have watched the location and have pick a day where it was quiet and available. If it comes to the location being unavailable we will reschedule the shoot.
