Hotels names have not yet been released. As soon as this information is released you will be notified. TRANSPORT TO AND FROM EVENTS The Rio Olympics organizing committee has designated set routes and traffic lanes for Olympic event traffic only. As such clients will be picked up and dropped off from their hotel by official transport to ensure a fast and smooth journey to and from chosen events. These transfers and the amount of transfers, based on your package, are included in your trip price. Arriving and or departing from events outside of this prearranged service – ie taxis etc - will be at an extra cost and paid locally. LOCAL TOURING Local tours such as visits to Corcovado, Sugar Loaf, the Botanical Gardens etc during the Olympic period can be included as part of your Olympics packages and are available on request. These tours ARE NOT included in your package pricing. Scheduling of any additional tours or dining experiences will be based on your Olympic event choices.
