The last clause in the Greek textliterally reads, "And the three forthe one are."

The basic thought that emergesfrom a careful perusal of the Greektext reveals that the Spirit and thewater and the blood unite in theirwitness to the plan of salvationrevealed in Yahshua the Messiahour Redeemer.

Origin of TtinityThe average student of the Bible

has undoubtedly never studied deep-

ly enough to know that ancientpagan mythologies are replete withtrinities. In ancient Egyptian wor-ship there were three trinitariandeity groups. The most prominenttriad was Osiris, Isis, and Horus.(Some authorities say that it was

Isis, Horus and Seb.) Generallythese took the form of a father, mother, and child (son) combinationin the traditional, mythologicalmighty ones family.

The plethora of mythologicalfamily triads in pagan religions canultimately be traced to an origin inBabylon, Genesis 10:8-12. Nimrod, his wife-mother Semiramis and theirson Tammuz-this corrupt worshipmarked the beginning of false mes-

siah worship abounding today inchurchianity. The true Messiah ofIsrael is uerA unlike the one whichchurchianity teaches and worships.

The Father is Supreme

Thorough study of the Bibleshows that the Almighty Fatherstands at the head of everything. We see this concept quite clearly in1 Corinthians 8:6. "Yet to us there is

one Elohim, the Falher, of whom are allthings, and rxe to him..." Practicallythe same thing is found in anotherone of Paul's letters, Romans 11:34-

36. "For who has known the mind of

Yahweh? Or who has been his eounselor?

Or who has first gioen lo him, and il shallbe reeompensed to him again? For of him,

and through him, and lo him, are allthings. To him be lhe glory lo lhe ages.

Amen-" Let us alsrl rememberEphesians 3: 14- 15: "For this eouse Ibow mA knees to the Falher, from uhom

eaerA family in heaoen and on earlh i,s

named"

The Son Is Subordinate

Yahshua the Messiah is the onlybegotten sc)n of the Heavenly FatherYahweh. Notice carefully what weread in John 1:14 , "And the wordbeeame flesh, and labernacled among us

(and.De beheld his glory, glory cs of lhe

only begotten from the Fother), full ofgraee and truth." The Word, thedabar, the me'mr a, who became theMessiah of Israel revealed in humanform was the only begotten son ofthe Father.

The term "only begotten Son" is

found also in 1 ,Iohn 4:9. "rn this ua$

the looe of Yahweh manifested in u{t, thalYahweh has sent his only begollen Son intothe world that we might lioe through him."

Do you grasp the importrrnce ofharmonizing all of these Scriptures? They reveal that the Father is

supreme in the universe, the greatfirst cause of ALL. The AlmiehtyHeavenly F'ather has existed eternal-ly. He had no origin the humanmind can understand, but He has

always existed. Eternity cannot be

comprehended by the mind of man.The true definition of His reveal-

ed, personal Name is seen as beingderived from the Hebrew verb ofexistence-hayah. The Name Yah-weh represents the imperfect frlrmof that verb. But, it is employed bythe Almighty as a proper noun:Yahweh. Therefore, the NameYahweh means "to exist forever" or"one who has self-existence andeternal life."

To digress briefly, eonsider thatthe Bible teaches the vital import-ance that we know, use, and callupon the Name-YAHWEH-whichwas revealed as the exclusiveappellative of our HeavenlyFather in His inspired Word to

nlan. The reason why such vitalimportunce is attached to a name isthat we ma.y receive everlasting lifeonly through calling upon (askingfor it from) the Being whose Namemerrns everlasting existence. With-out this distinct characteristic mani-fest in the Nume of the Mighty Onewe worship, we would never receivethe blessing of everlasting life in theKingdorn of Yahweh nor would webe adopted into the family of theMost High. How can rrnv other thanthe true Mighty One give eternal lifeto rt human being? "Fur att the elohim

of lhe peoples are idols; Bul Yahueh made

lhe heal.'en$." (Psalm 96:I-r) Pletrseconfirm this for vourself irnmediate-ly in,loel 2:32, Acts'2:21, undRrxnans I0: 1jl.

Yahshua, the First Creationof Yahweh

In Revelation 3:14 Yahshuamakes a striking declaration to theLuodicean assemblv. We read there,"These lhings salls lhe Amen, the faithfuland lrue witness, the be ginning of the

creotion of El."Consider carefully the last phrase

rrf this sentence: "the beginning ofthe ereation of EL" The wordbeginning translates the Greek wordarche. This identical word alsoappears in John 1:1. The same wordis emploved in the Septuagint ofGenesis 1:1. The Greek word archemerrns the beginning or the first, the prime-as in the word withwhich most of us are familiar, archangel. The word archangelmezrns the f irst, or the prime, thefirst or the leading angel.

Therefore. Yahshua the Messiah,,n,nnts us to understand that He wasthe first. primary or the beginningof the creation of Yahweh. This isin total hal'monv with what therenruincler of the Bible says. Yah-ll'eh created H is Son first, beforedoing anvthing else. Yahshua form-ed the beginning of Yahweh's planof sir l vir t ion .

Let us ponder the implications of

this statement. If Yahshua theMessiah was Yahweh's first ororiginal creation, then He was creat-ed somewhere in eternity, beforetime came into existence. As wehave already learned, He was thefirst and only begotten Son of Yah-rveh, begotten through a creation.(How does a spirit being reproducehimselfl Not through a carnalsexual act. He creates, or as he isdoing now in the case of humans, herecreates a saint from a sinnerthrough experience.)

Before time began or any con-

cept of measuring time as we knowit was brought into existence-suchas through the rotation of the eartharound the sun or the movement ofthe heavenly bodies in their assignedcourses-Yahshua the Messiah wascreated.

Notice again the important description of the relationship betweenthe Father and Son found in Paul'sepistle, Colossians 1. Verse 15 showsthat Yahshua is the firstborn of allcreation. Verse 16 continues withthe thought: "For in him were all things

ereated" in the heaaens and upon the earth,

things aisible and things inoisible, whether

thrones or dominions or principalities orpowers; all things have been created through him,

and to him." This verse could notbe more lucid, could it? It tells us

that Yahshua fs the creator andthat He was brought into existence be-fore anything else, as the only be-gotten Son of Yahweh.

As we compare Genesis 1:1 withColossians 1, we observe amazingharmony. Elohim (a masculine plur-al word), a family composed ofseveral spirit beinpp working in uni-ty, did the creating. We can see

from John l:l-2 that the Word wasthe creator and that the Word(formerly Spirit) became flesh.Yahshua the Messiah is known asthe Word (logos, mernro. dabar) ofYahweh. Please note carefully Rev-elation 19:13, "And he r's amayed in a

garment dipped in blood. and His name is

called the lVord (logod of Yahweh."

Yahshua was the Being acknowledg-ed as the Word of Yahweh.

Yahshua the Messiah, Yah-weh's Spokesman

The Greek word logos has theconnotation of spokesman. Thewords that are used in Aramaic(memra) and in Hebrew (dabar) alsomean the usordn or more specificallyin some instances the one usho

speaks the usord of another. It isof vital importance to rememberthat no human being has euer haddirect contact in any way with theAlmighty Heavenly Father. Theonly begotten Son has declared theFather, John 1:18. He served as theFather's representative to bringheaven's plan of salvation to man.The Son spoke the Father's words tomankind.

Yahshua the Messiah stated thisconcept quite plainly when He saidin John 5:37, "You haae neither heard

his lthe Father Yahweh'sl aoiee at anA

time, nor seen his fornl" The voice thatspoke to human beings in Old Testa-ment times obviously must thenhave been the voice of the logos, thelVord. The appearance to Israel ofa being called Yahweh Elohim onMt. Sinai was this Word Yahweh'sSpokesman and intermediary who isdescribed in various places in theScriptures. (Have you read ourseries of in-depth articles publishedin booklet form, entitled The

Please note Deuteronomy 4:12 inthis context, "And yahweh spoke to gou

Aou sau no form; only you heard avoice. And he declared to you hiscovenant, which he commanded youto perform, even the ten command-ments; and he wrote them upon twotables of stone." Emphosfs ours)It is quite plain that the Israelitesheard the voice of Yahweh and yetYahshua the Messiah Himself tellsus that the people of the MostHiSh have neyer heard the Father'svoice at any time, nor seen Hisshape.

The Son as fntermediaryNotice again John 1:18, ,,No man

has seen Yahweh at anA time; the onlybegotten Soa who is in the bosom of theFather, he has deelared him." Do yousee it plainly right there before yourown eyes? The Only Begotten Son,who is in the bosom of the Father, has declared the Father. He is theone who came in the Name of (bV

the authority of, as well as usingHis Name) Yahweh to reveal theFather to His people. He was thelogos, the Word, the spokesman. He was the intermediary and nowhas become our Melchisedec, HisPriest, Psalm 110.

When Moses was the intermedi-ary between Yahweh and Israel hehad re6plar; close personal contactwith Elohim. Turn to Exodus chapter 33 and read verse 11: ,,And

Yahweh spoke to Moses faee to faee, a$ aman speaks to his friend . . ." Howperfectly plain is this statement.Yahweh spoke unto Moses face toface (the Hebrew says panim elpanim, literally faces to faces). Justas a man speaks to his friend face toface, so Moses spoke to Yahweh andYahweh spoke to Moses. Notice alsoverse 14 where Moses is told , ,,Ma

presenee shatl go with you." The wordpresence in the Hebre w is panaAmeaning faces. The form of the onewho served as the intermediarywould direct the ways of Israel.

The Holy Spiritis the octiae, dy-nomic force of bothFather and Sonemanating fromthe heoaens andcoming to liaett)ithin the heorfsof the humanfamilu.

This entire concept is quite sig-nificant because when we achieve acorrect understanding of the rela-tionship of the Father to the Son,greater understanding of the Scrip-tures and the plan of salvation moreclearly emerges. We must bearthese candid Scriptures in mind andharmonize them into the doctrineswe believe. We cannot reject anyScripture in the Bible that bearsupon a doctrine. Neither can weexplain away any Scripture thatopposes what we believe. We musthumbly submit ourselves to theplain, dogmatic teaching of the in-fallible Word.

fsrael's Elders saw ElohimI€t us turn now to Exodus

24:9-ll."Then Moses, and Aaron, Nadab, and

Abihu went up, and seoenly of the elders ofIsrael: and they sotl the Elohim of lpraehand there ua$ under ftis feet a$ it tDere apaaed work of sapphire slone, and as. ilwere lhe aerA heaoen for elearness. Andupon the nobles of the children of Israel he

laid not his han& and they beheld Ebhim, and ate and drank."

Do you observe how this passage

clearly confirms that Moses, alongwith the family of Aaron and theseventy elders, actually and quiteliterally saw Elohim? Remember

what we have previously read in thebook of John. "No man has seen

Yahweh (the Father) at anA time". Nou,harmonize this thought with Johnchapter 14:8-11. ,,phitip saas to him,Rabbi, show zs the Father, and it sufficesrrs. Yahshua sa4s to him, Haae I been so

long time with Uou, and do Aou not knownte, Philip? He that has seen me has seen

the Father; how saA Uou, Show us theFather? Do Aou not belieae that I am inlhe Father, and the Father in me? The

words that I say to Aou I speak nol frommyself: but the Fother remaining in me

does his toork$. Belieoe me that I am inthe Father, and the Father in me: or else

belieae me for the aery works' sake."It was Yahshua the Messiah who

revealed the Father to the humanfamily. No man has seen theFather at any time, but it is the Son(the Word, the logos, dabar, rl€mra)who revealed the Father to Hispreople. Yahshua's mission was torepresent the Father to His spirit-begotten people.

Deuteronomu 6:4proaides another il-lustration of how oreturn to the origi-nal text (as closelUas possible), pro-aides ueru real an-swers, so thot aharmonu of all ofthe,Scriptures bear-ing upon doctrinalproblems

the plurality (two persons) of theMajestv on High.

The ustounding fact is that all ofthese Scriptures harmonize the truthof this doctrine. Yahweh is indeedone, n unitv, although this Namewrrs used by more than one being.Elohim is a collective noun, Iike theEnglish words family, herd, flock, class, schooL The word Elohim isplural, similar to the English wordfamily, and requires a singular verb, just like family does.

Several members of the familycompose one unit working under onefamily name. Such is the truedoctrine of the Majesty on High inthe Bible. There are two membersof the heavenly spiritual family-theFather and the Son. They areElohim (plural), yet they work to-gether as one, in unity and purpose,to accomplish their goals. The oneName, family Name, is Yahweh.See Ephesians 3:14-15.

The true people of the Most Hightoday are called by that uniqueName. We are members of afunctioning body called the Assem-blies of Yahweh. We are gath-ered or called out of the nations(and churches) of the world. Wehave come out of the confusion ofthis Babylonish system. We havemade our exodus from churchianityin turmoil and confusion throughclinging to false doctrine. We arethe Assemblies of Yahweh, called byHis Name as we do His will, unifiedthrough the Name which He hasbestowed upon us.

The Holy SpiritThe term translated Holy Spirit,

found in the Old Testament Hebrewtext, is ha ruach ha kodesh. In theNew Testament Greek text it ispneurna hagion.

Because of erroneous translationsin the New Testament, which weredone by translators who wanted toretain the false, pagan doctrine ofthe trinity, the truth of the Majestyon HiSh has been obscured. Todaythat truth is again revealed byreturning to the original texts whichhold the secrets of sound doctrine.

The Jews donot wish to acknowledge the Mes-siah, und therefore they explainrrw?rv the duality of the Majesty onHigh although it continually con-fronLs them in the Hebrew text. Now translate Deuteronomy 6:4 asfollows: "Hear Oh Israek Yahweh our

illustration of how a return to theoriginal text (as closely as possible),provides very real answers, so that a

The word G-d (singular) in thispassage has been translated from theword Elohim (plural). Standinghere in the text is the constructplural of the word, hence it proyeg

In the Old Testament, the wordruach cannot be construed as a

pel'son. It is a force. It is invisible. It is like wind, because it can be feltor experienced, but not seen. It is

intelligence, mentality, life. It never'portrays a person, however. It isYahweh's personality, but not Hisactual person dwelling in the heartsand lives of His True Worshipers.

The New Testament usage is sim-ilar because the term pneumahagion mezrns power from on high.

It has been translated correctly inLuke 24:49. "And behold, I send forththe promise of my Father upon Aou: but

stay Uou in the eity, until Aou be clothed

with power from on high."Where the masculine pronoun

appears in the King James versionrelative to the Holy Spirit (forexample John 14.26), the one whotranslated the book of .Iohn from theoriginal Semitic tongue into Greekmerely continued the form of thestandard Semitic verb. In Hebrewthe basic verbal system incorporatesthe gender and number of the sub-ject along with the tense into thesame word.

Since the Holy Spirit is a dynam-ic Spirit of Power, it would haverequired a mascltline verb. In theHebrew Lexicon by William Holla-doA where he defines the wordruach, the author states that it issometimes used with either the mas-culine or feminine gender verb orsuffix. The Hebrew does not huve rr
