Parking Plans & Considerations

Parking PlanParking in the venue is designated by “P” and will be provided as follows:1. We have four (4) vacant lots in our park

where parking that will be used for parking

2. Overflow parking will be available on the east-side of Area D as well as in the maintenance area at the north end of the park

3. Throughout the park, directional signage will be utilized to communicate foot and vehicle traffic flow.

4. Guests invited by residents who have an authorized pass displayed on their vehicles will be permitted to park residents’ homes

Additional Considerations1. Seek a Permit from the City to use the

38 foot per side areas closest to the 20 foot medium on Rincon Boulevard as the primary parking area, with the other P areas as overflow parking

2. Arrangements are being discussed with Rincon Country RV Resorts East that will enable some parking to take place there, on an overflow basis

3. ONLY VEHICLES with authorized park vehicle stickers displayed on their vehicles will be permitted to drive freely throughout the park in NON-VENUE AREAS.

4. ONLY STAFF gulf cards will be permitted in the venue area.

Community/Venue & Visitor SecurityThe security of our communities is of the utmost importance to us all. During this event we are opening our doors to the outside world. In preparation for this we are implementing the following measures to protect our residents and their properties:

• Visitor Registration … everyone entering the venue will be required to register upon entry and will receive a visitor wrist band in a color unique to the event

• Additional Security will be provided by SecureOne Security Services … one (1) additional security officer for each of locations identified on the previous page

• Residents will serve as “Park Monitors” keeping an eye on foot traffic to assure that non-residents are not moving around freely without a resident present

• Barriers and Barricades will be strategically placed at key locations throughout the park to prevent unauthorized access as well as to separate pedestrian traffic from vehicles

• Camera Surveillance … active surveillance cameras are in place throughout the planned venue complex

• Communications … two-way radios and whistles will be supplies to members of our event staff, Park Monitors
