Debra Simonson moved to Bend in 1992 from Colorado and after spending the past 5

years in Hawaii, is back in Bend as a licensed Broker. She is the transaction coordinator

for Deb Tebbs Group and brings with her many years of real estate experience in Central

Oregon. In addition to her real estate career, she has escrow experience and worked as

an administrator for a home health care agency, prior to her move back to Bend. Debra

will monitor all the details of the transaction that need to be completed, from beginning
