On the this screen, type ina “Keyword”, recommend you use the location of interest. In this case, weare searching for vacanciesat Aviano Air Base, Italy

Scroll down to the bottom ofthe page and in the“Applicant Eligibility” box, click the “Yes” option if youare a “Status” applicant. Status means eligible for appointment as a Veteran, orcurrent/previous federal employee, or some other typeof status providing you with anappointment authority. Thenclick “Search for Jobs”.

The next screen will display with any vacancy that has the word “Aviano” andis open to “Status” candidates. Simplyclick on the “blue” link to open the announcement.

Next, scroll down to the“Agency Search” box andselect “Air Force PersonnelCenter”. The Air ForcePersonnel Center posts allvacancies for AF positionsat Aviano.

Scroll to the bottom of thescreen again and click“Yes” in the “ApplicantEligibility” box if you area status candidate. Click “Search for Jobs”.

The results will only produce vacancies listing theAir Force Personnel Center as the Agency andthat contain the “keyword” Aviano in it.

If you decide to search from the “Home page” you may do so. In the “Keyword” box, type the base or country you are interested in and click “Search Jobs”. Note, do not use the box reflecting “Where: (city, state or zip code)” when searching for a country or base. Use the “Keyword” box.

The “search criteria” automatically defaults to thosevacancies that are open to the general public, notthose opened to “Status” candidates. In order tosee ALL vacancies, you need to click the “ALL Jobs”option.
