Health Resources (THR) Integrated Health Campus

(IHC) project in Willow Park, Texas.

The IHC is a Texas Health Resources facility that is

intended to deliver ambulatory care in North Texas.

The IHC Prototype developed by THR and its’ partners

will house multiple healthcare services while being

flexible and expandable. The Outpatient Center is

approximately 63,000 square feet and was designed

with the capability to expand in the future.

The building is comprised of a 3-story medical office

building, an emergency care clinic and a rehabilitation

and fitness center. The facility delivers ambulatory

care as well as advanced imaging, behavioral health and

cardiac rehabilitation services. It also offers patients

an education center, a fitness center, physical therapy,

laboratory services and women’s diagnostics. It is a

highly functional and beautiful building with high end

finishes and unique design features throughout.
