INTRODUCTION

THE COMPANY

Our project was born in the city of Barcelona, offering a sustainable alternative of urban mobility to

tourists and locals in short and medium range routes as you will see through this document. The

service that we proposed has already been realized in several modern cities such as London,

Amsterdam, New York, Berlin and Paris. Our project is to expand the company into several key cities of

the Iberian peninsula like Valencia, Palma de Mallorca and Malaga, among others.

The following is a history of Funky Cycle S.L. In Barcelona, to offer you a little insight into our company,

its services and corporate reach.

FUNKY CYCLE S.L. is one of the first companies authorized by the local government of Barcelona to

conduct tours in Warszat tricycles in the city of Barcelona and has operated since 2007.

We belong to and collaborates with a group of companies that offer the same service in different cities

like London, Berlin, Amsterdam and New York, where they have been practicing this activity for many

years. This close communication allows the transit of inter European students who want to know and /

or improve their training by expanding their knowledge with stays in the different cities mentioned.

This medium of transport is easy access and is an attractive option to a wide range of different users

and has no negative impact on the environment. It has wide acceptance among the general public, of

all ages and backgrounds, for short or medium-range trips in their leisure time for entertainment. We

operate in the most active areas of the city where it is not always possible to access conventional

vehicles due to the restrictions currently established in the large urban centers of the cities.

Most of these routes include areas of public interest, historical and architectural, large spaces such as

parks, squares, promenades, ramblas, routes

through different museums, etc. According to the

destination, a suitable route is discussed,

mentioning potential areas of interest, coexisting

with the specific routes of use exclusively for

bicycles, all without affecting the free circulation of

traffic on conventional roads.

It also generates a new type of sustainable

employment very accessible for a very important

social sector, that of the young people, favouring

their social and labour integration.

DRIVERS

Piloted mostly by young students from different backgrounds in the EU. Our service offers an

alternative form of income to this social sector, combining time flexibility, quality of work for the

environment in which it is developed and optimum physical training in the exercise of the activity.

An added attraction of this activity is the smooth communication with the user in various languages

(drivers speak a minimum of 2 or 3 languages) that they must constantly practice in their travels

interacting with the clients, providing the user with information on the areas of tourist interest, the

most emblematic establishments, as well as the cultural agenda of the city that may be of interest to

the tourist: location, transfers to the door in cases where there is an established route available,

details of exclusive offers and promotions for our clients, agenda and / or programs of events in the

cases of Clubs, Discotheques, Theaters, conferences, conventions, festivals, congresses, fairs, etc.

All this is managed in a personalized and direct way, so that our DRIVER becomes a point of

information during the event or service, in order to provide a useful and informed response to the

needs of each person.

TOURS Y ROUTES

Our project includes training our drivers with general information of the city, especially in those areas

of particular interest, extracted from the official guide of Barcelona. In this way, the customer can

receive a complete service and enjoy during the ride detailed information about the area,

architectural details, construction times, general history of the city, etc. What is commonly offered

through digital guides or browsers in other tourist services, Funky Cycle offers in a direct and

personalized way, interacting with the client, solving problems or questions that may arise during the

ride, orienting the user and improving their knowledge about the city as they travel.

You will explore all corners of the city sitting comfortably in a fun and environmentally friendly mode

de Borbón, Plaza del Mar, Paseo Marítimo de la Barceloneta, Olympic Port, Plaza de los Voluntarios, Calle

de la Marina, Calle Ramón Turró, Calle Wellington, Parque de la Ciutadella, Paseo Lluís Companys, Arc de

Triomf and return to Plaza Colón. Duration: 1 hour.

exclusive service of transfers between specific points, tours, or custom routes that the client can

request to carry out his event.

To request a quote for this type of services we have the department , composed of an FUNKY EVENTS

organization team that is responsible for coordinating all aspects that may be necessary for the

development of your event. We design the most suitable route for each event, coordinate the arrival

of the vehicles to the point of origin indicated by the client, organize departure groups to ensure

smooth running of the tour, and finally organize the end of the tour according to the request of the

client.

Our experience includes transfers to large groups of companies from different sectors, groups of

friends who wish to carry out a joint activity, bridal showers, transfers for weddings, events with
