Key AchievementsLead technical transition and steady state delivery of Dimensions Data’s largest ITO (IT Outsourcing) client. Help build a steady state account and delivery team which has developed credibility and relationship with a global client base. Overseeing the buildout of regional data centers including private cloud MCP connected via a global MPLS network. Responsibilities Architecture/designed and manage some of the most complex solutions using the latest technology

in Cisco and Microsoft Unified Communications technologies. Helping business units from engineering level to senior executives by making technical

presentations, answering technical questions and managing proof of concept projects. Complete business and technical assessment of emerging technologies; recommend and seek

financial approval from the Innovative council to implement solutions. Attended direct customer meetings and present at the CIO council meetings to manage ongoing relationship between network services and the different business units.

Perform product demonstrations and support targeted opportunities. Work closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions – Identify

requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition. Monitor vendor contract compliance for all network service levels and that the supplier is providing

Key Achievements Project lead for deploying video conferencing services using Cisco Telepresence/Tandberg

infrastructure at UTC. Overall PM for implementing and deploy Cisco VoIP services at UTC using Cisco Unified

Communication Manager and Cisco Unity Connection. PM for implementing Guest Wireless services using Cisco NAC technology. PM for LAN and WAN hardware refresh initiatives at UTC. Migrated 350+ locations from AT&T IP enabled Frame/ATM MPLS sites to AVPN MPLS service.

Responsibilities Plan, implement and manage network designs for business units in the support of network

expansion, restructuring, new application deployment and network optimization. Support and maintain all VPN hub locations to meet business requirements and expand to new

geographical areas, if needed. Manage IT Infrastructure projects and services to meet business unit requirements, application

deployments and expand to new geographies, including acquisitions and divestures. Created High Level Design for redundant Primary and Backup Datacenters. Work with Pre Sales team to present Cisco best practices, customized solutions and implementation

project plans to business units.

Key Achievements Implemented a global MPLS WAN solution using BGP as the Provider Peering Protocol and EIGRP

as IGP. The MPLS network consists of 6 different global VPN clouds (one for each business unit) across three major MPLS providers. Proper QOS measures were implemented to guarantee compliance of Network Bandwidth usage policy and security policy.

Design and implement disaster recovery procedures for enterprise network including 5 data centers globally.

Designed and implemented site to site IPSEC VPN solution consisting of Cisco 3030 concentrator to provide network connectivity to corporate network.
