• Rich Frazier was born in Washington, DC.

• His mother, Eunice M. Frazier, was a Special Procedures X-ray Technologist.

• His father, Richard L. Frazier Jr., worked for HUD.

• From an early age, Rich gravitated to figuring out how things worked (he took his toys apart).

• His Granny, Eunice L. Murray, was instrumental in shaping his desire to be of service to his fellow man.

• His entrepreneurial spirit was birthed from observing his 3 uncles and his godfather create, start and operate their own businesses. Some of those businesses failed and others succeeded.

Rich Frazier’s Childhood

• Rich and Tanisha met while working at Thomas Sweet in DC, an ice cream parlor in Georgetown, while Tanisha attended college.

• They were married in Tanisha’s home state of New York.

• Maryland is where they decided to make a home and give birth to their amazing son, Gabriel “Gabe” Frazier.

Marriage to Tanisha Bynum-Frazier

• Rich joined the US Army immediately after he graduated from Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, MD.

• He went through basic training at Fort Leonard Wood in MO.

• Rich studied at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA and the Aviation Logistics School in Newport News, VA.

• His final duty station was Feucht Army Airfield in Nuremberg, Germany.

Military Service

• “If I had a daily catch to pull out of one of my orifices I would but…”

• That statement involved Rich in the customer service nightmare that defines him to this day.

• A fellow manager made this statement to guests after they complained about the “daily catch”.

• That is when Rich stepped in. Not only was he able to step in and defuse the situation without giving away the house. He was also able to convert them to frequent, loyal customers.

• In that moment Rich realized one of his life’s callings: to provide others with exceptional experiences.
