• Dancers should arrive 30 minutes prior to theirshow, dressed in their costume with hair done.**See the specifications for each class in this newsletter.

• Each class has a staging area to report to. Ifdancers have multiple costume changes, it worksgreat to use a laundry basket to organize, ratherthan a bag.

• Once dancers are dropped off at their staging area, we ask that they stay with their class untilthe show is over. We don’t want them wanderingaround or in the gym area without their instructorat anytime.

Rehearsal What to ExpectPARKINGPlease use the parking lot on the far side of thebuilding. All other doors to the building will be locked.

ADMISSIONAdmission will be taken at the door. We will alsohave flowers and t-shirts for sale. Cash or checkonly... no credit cards. The gym doors will open forspectator seating at 7pm. Spectators will not beable to reserve their seat prior to 7pm. Please letJami or a staff member know if you have ahandicap family member so we may beaccommodating.

SEATINGWewill have a full crowd, but there will be enoughseats for everyone. Our routines are choreographed tobe viewed from above, so every seat in the gym is agood one. We ask that the floor seats are reserved forthe elderly and handicapped/families that have amember unable to climb up the bleachers.

DURING THE SHOWOnce the show has begun, please refrain frommovingwhile a team is performing. If you must leave your seat,please do so in-between numbers. APPLAUSEAPPLAUSE APPLAUSE....Applause is welcome. Whenyou see something you like while the team isperforming, let them know. A dance performance is aninteractive experience.

AFTER THE SHOWAt the end of the show our staff will stay on the gymfloor with the K-3rd grade dancers until parents comedown onto the floor to pick them up. Older dancers arefree to meet their parents in the bleachers after thefinale’. Make sure to arrange a meeting place prior todropping your dancer off. Our preschool dancers willsit with their familles following their last performance.
