Quality Assurance

◆ Exhibit K of the Subcontract outlines the requirements for the Project Quality Assurance Program and addresses the implementation of the ten quality assurance criteria included in 10 CFR 830.122.

◆ Subcontractor may either develop procedures to implement the requirements of Exhibit K or develop their own project specific Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) that

meets the requirements described therein.

◆ Subcontractor shall conduct Management Assessments to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of implementation of procedures and the requirements of this Subcontract.

◆ The minimum frequency of such ongoing assessments is one per month.

◆ Performed to verify conformance to applicable requirements and identify opportunities to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
