Management Assessments

◆ Subcontractor shall conduct Management Assessments to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of implementation of procedures and the requirements of this Subcontract.

◆ The minimum frequency of such ongoing assessments is one per month.

◆ Performed to verify conformance to applicable requirements and identify opportunities to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
