Parasol Wood Shutters

Parasol wood is a lighter weight hardwood

which is a great product for larger windows.

The grain of this wood is beautiful and looks

fantastic with a stained finish.

Western Red Cedar Shutters

This high quality, sustainable wood is the

best for making shutters. Its water resistant

Shutter styles

Full Height

Covers the whole height of the window.

Why not introduce a mid-rail to give total

control of light and privacy to both the

top and the bottom of the window.

Tier on Tier

Have the best of both worlds with tier on tier

style shutters. You can open, close, angle or

shut the top or bottom shutters independently

of each other for ultimate flexibility.

Cafe Style

For a continental look, use cafe style

shutters to give privacy to the bottom

half of the window whilst letting daylight

flood in through the top.

Solid panels

A style perfect for a period property, or to

create that period look, solid style shutters

have a panel inserted into the frame instead of

adjustable louvres.

Beauty is more than skin deep

Laminated core stiles

During the manufacturing process, the uprights of the shutter

(called the stiles) have a specially machined wooden core

laminated into them. By mixing the direction of the grain,

the stile becomes stronger than the original length of

timber, making it much more resistant to warping.

Mortise and Tenon Joints

Some of our competitors use dowels to join the key joints on

their shutters together, but our experience has shown us that these

are often not strong enough. So instead, all of the main joints on

a Reynolds shutter are manufactured using mortise and tenon joints,

giving you a hugely strong shutter and years of trouble free use.

As well as being designed to look great, a Reynolds shutter is full

Based in our network of showrooms, our trained

design assistants are on hand to discuss your

individual needs. From style to function, they

can visually explain the benefits of each

shutter type on our demonstration units.

Once you have chosen your shutter style, our

in-house survey and installation team will arrange

a home visit at a time suited for you to measure

and install the desired shutter treatment. Our

made to measure service enables each shutter

to be individually tailored to your home and

manufactured to your exact requirements.

And with our 3 year guarantee offered on all our

shutter range, you can have peace of mind that,

if any problems occur, your bespoke shutter will

be rectified with minimal fuss and disruption.
