will be accepted so long as bids are received no later than the date and time specified in the Project Manual and as modified by addenda. Bids shall be e-mailed to [email protected]. Electronic bids shall include a facsimile of the bid bond written on AIA Document A310, Bid Bond. Bidders shall also include name of surety underwriter, contact name and phone number. Facsimiles of a certified check, cashier’s check or bank money order will not be acceptable for a bid submitted electronically. Bidders submitting electronic bids do so at their own risk. CTA, Inc. will not be responsible for technological anomalies in regard to electronic bidding.
2. BID FORM: Bid Form has been revised. SPECIFICATIONS 033030 – CAST-IN-PLACE CONCRETE SLABS 1. Refer to Part 1.5.E.: Add 3. "Concrete Polishing Association of America (CPAA) Section 03 3300
Concrete Recommendations with Polished Concrete". The CPAA standards for floor polishing shall be included as integral to these specifications. CPAA standards can be obtained at http://www.concretepolishingassociation.com/specifications.
2. Delete 2.4.B. "Air-entraining Admixture." 3. Refer to 2.6.B. Plasticizing admixtures shall be limited to maximum of 20 percent.
