Group Power is your hour of Power! This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results, discover Group Power!

Box your way to better health and fitness in this awesome bout of fun and sweat! Designed to increase your strength and fitness levels, improve hand-eye coordina-tion and general boxing skills. No prior boxing skill required, suitable for all. Please note; participants are required to wear cotton glove inners for this class. These can be purchased at reception.

Circuit classes use a variety of exercises and weights to increase stamina, strength and cardiovascular fitness. Let the instructor take you on a different exercise journey each week! Participants can vary the intensity to suit their fitness level and needs. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates is a unique form of simple yet precise body conditioning exercises, which focuses on strengthening and balancing the muscles of the body, particularly the abdominals and the back. It creates better posture and flexibility by examining and becoming sensitive to muscle imbalances. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Awesome Abs is a 30min blast class that will help you master the art of ‘proper’ sit ups. Awesome Abs targets the upper, lower and oblique abdominal muscles. Apart from the fact it will ‘hurt-to-laugh-for-three-days’, Awesome Abs will give you that ‘tough’ workout you’re looking for.

These classes prove beneficial in reducing stress, improving posture and strengthen-ing the muscles. It also helps in improving the flexibility of the body thus enhancing the range of motion of all body parts and helps increase core strength.

Maximum Strength and Fitness is an interval training program. It uses a combination of equipment and body weight to increase your performance and burn fat. This high intensity program is not for the faint hearted!!!

Please bring a towel and water bottle to all classes.Please keep bags in lockers provided.
