MY son, give me thine heart… “ What a great reminder given to us from Proverbs 23:26. God simply knows that if He can have our hearts, he can

control our lives. That is what our October Newsletter theme “Heart for Souls and Missions” is all about. I encourage every member to have a right heart with God as He continues to give us a passion for the lost souls.

As we end this month, I pray that we are still involved in our round-the-clock prayer for our Missions Conference which was moved to November 30. May this put more desire in our hearts to be a help and blessing to the pastors and missionaries who are laboring for God. We got saved be-cause somebody believed and practiced soulwinning and missions. If we will continue to have this desire in our hearts, we will be able to reach more souls and be a part in starting more churches.

Don’t belittle your coming to church today. Let God’s Word make an impact in our service to God. Have a blessed Sunday!

Make sure you participate in our Church's 70-day 24-hour round d' clock prayer.

This will help set our hearts right for our upcoming Missions Conference on November 30

with the theme "FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS" (Esther 4:14).

Preaching CDs, Music CDs, & Soulwinning Kits are available today at the usher’s table after the service!

“We engage to seek the salvation of the lost...; and ... we engage to work for the advancement of the kingdom of God...” Thus says in part our Church Covenant, which we bind ourselves to. We are then encouraged to join our soulwinning endeavours to seek the lost by the grace and power of God. Likewise, we are enjoined to support our Discipleship program every Sunday afternoon to strengthen our faith in the Lord. These are godly activities that surely advance the kingdom of God. Let us all be a part of this great task of fulfilling the Great Commission as we prepare for our Missions Conference.

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

I really thank the Lord for his unfailing goodness and faithfulness to me and to my family. It is a great blessing to be a member of the Christian Bible Baptist Church with right principles and biblical standards.

In was in 1998 when my family and I moved from Manila to San Pedro, Laguna. Indeed, it was an answered prayer for me to be able to find a right church for my family, and that is CBBC. God really has a definite purpose in my life and to my family that He brought us here in CBBC. Through the preaching of God’s Word, my wife and I were challenged and encouraged to respond to the calling of God, and we both surrendered our lives to the Lord as full-time workers of the church. I thank the Lord that He has given us the opportunity and privilege to serve Him. By the grace of God, we are still serving Him in whatever circumstances we have in our lives.

As the head of the family, I thank the Lord that through His Word which I constantly hear, I am being taught to lead my family toward a better and happier spiritual status, and toward becoming a more faithful and fruitful Christian home. I also thank the Sunday School Ministry and the Christian Bible Baptist Academy as helpful instruments in molding the character of my children and in developing their talents as well.

I thank the Lord for having a Pastor with a family that is a good example of a Christian family. I also thank the Pastor for his diligence in preaching the Word of God challenging every family of CBBC to build a strong Christian home.

Area 11/Division E2Rev. Duke Lumictin

Area 11 includes members from the whole town of Carmona, Cavite including two barangays from Biñan City, namely Ganado 1 and 2 and Mamplasan. After our 31st Anniversary last February, a part of our area was divided into what is now Area 19, but by the grace of God, both areas are already standing as individual areas. Such division brought Area 11 to an average of less than 50 members. However, the said division also encouraged the Area 11 members to work together to cope with the decrease through soulwinning, invitation, campus ministries, and discipleship. We are now having 75-80 in our attendance. Truly, He is faithful.

This school year, we started a campus ministry at Carmona National High School. Our soulwinning and preaching inside the school campus enabled five new converts to be added to our church. The Holy Spirit is truly working through the hearts of the hundreds of students who get saved every Thursday even though there are catechism teachers who oppose us by literally blocking our entrance to the school. Truly, He is faithful. Through the sacrifices of the area members, we are now able to purchase a sound system that could be used in our evangelistic meetings, Bible studies, DVBS, and our area activities. Truly, He is faithful.

God gave us wisdom to apply an effective-efficient system in our current Area soulwinning activities, by having 4 soulwinning teams, namely North, South, East, and West. Each team has a leader and 4-5 dedicated soulwinners who win, disciple, and fetch converts focusing in 1 or 2 barangays every week. Our goal for this year is to have 7 soulwinners and 25 regular members for each team.

Truly, God has been faithful in supplying members and ministers alike with 14 area members involved in various ministries of the Church. By His grace, we will continue to fulfil the Great Commission until He returns. To God be the glory!

nalibing at nabuhay namagmuli. Roma 10:9-104. Sa pamamagitan ng panalangin, tanggapin mo si Hesus sa

iyong puso bilang iyong Tagapagligtas. Roma 10:13
