I am pleased to say-" two thumbs way-up", for Patrick& Chad.They were professional & personable. Lone Star should use them as their " poster boys", I can't think of any two finer young men to represent quality service to the public.This is my humble opinion, & and I wasn't paid to say these things.I live in New York, and I know "class" when I encounter it. A Blessed& safe New Year's, to one& all.

These guys have killer deal and best of all, their customer phone service is phenomenal... Lone Star Percussion has become to go to store, since the one's near me are very unhelpful.

Kudos to Chad!!! In and out in half an hour with a Pearl Roadshow. Awesome customer service. If you need ANYTHING percussion these are the people to see.

Incredible customer service - completely worth the drive. Sales guys who know their stuff (props to Chad), won't make you feel stupid, they'll treat you like a friend. So that's what they've got now; a friend.

Best cymbal display I've ever seen.

But, I was there for drum information; specifically drum rack, drum stick, and drum lesson information. The salesman Chad (at first, I thought he was the owner the way he represented Lone Star), was eager to impart as much factual information as I could process. And this 20 year veteran did so in such a way as to not make me - a two year neophyte, feel stupid. He was great. Long story short, after a fascinating tour of Lone Star's amazing back-end operations and studios, I walked out with a Lone Star tee shirt, two pairs of drum sticks and a 4-piece set of Pearl Reference drums. Although the drums were on display in their showroom, Chad saw to it that my new drums were repackaged into their original boxes with all the original packaging materials. I just can't imagine a nicer drum store experience!

5/7/2015This is the best drum shop in Dallas. They have virtually everything. Although most of their business is mail order, Chad along with others in the showroom have the knowledge to get you what you need. This is the only place I go for supplies.  I've been going since 1996. The only change is they have way more stuff!
