• New contract – 1st April 2012• Access to complete suite of waste management services• Revised terms and conditions / Waste Acceptance Criteria• New LLW disposal pricing:

– Volume Charge: £1,735/m3 for 2012/13 / £2,911/m3 for 2013/14– Activity Charge: Retain at current discount rates – Escalation clause for future annual increases

• Retain ‘Pass Through’ approach for all other services:– Container prices increased to £8,000 to £10,000 per unit– No profit – cost recovery only
