To find the 50 “top” connectors in the Northern Cape and officially make them ambassadors of the Provincial Strategic Plan

2. PEER EDUCATION

Create “master trainers” per rural/informal settlement on a basis of 1/1000

• trainers on broader wellness

•Training MUST include Mother-to-child transmission

• mentors, technical support, and ensure ongoing training
