1. LEADERSHIP

To find the 50 “top” connectors in the Northern Cape and officially make them ambassadors of the Provincial Strategic Plan

2. PEER EDUCATION

Create “master trainers” per rural/informal settlement on a basis of 1/1000

• trainers on broader wellness

•Training MUST include Mother-to-child transmission

• mentors, technical support, and ensure ongoing training

3. ID AND SOCIAL GRANTS

Adopt the Bill Gates :GoGo –getter” program who will be trained to identify vulnerable families and facilitate access to social grants.

4. SMME PROJECT

•All companies and Government departments to put directive into supply-chain contracts regarding HIV and Aids Workplace program “accreditation”

•Get SABCOHA to offer small business training through the Chamber of Commerce which will give SMME “accreditation”

•Create a NOSA 5 star “ SABCOHA 5 ribbon” visible accreditation process

Kumba business centre:

•Research on needs in the province

•Life-skills training including HIV and Aids

Love-Life future farmers
