GET READY… We are excited you have decided to join us at Authentic 2017. We hope you are excited too. God has so much in store for you this weekend. So to help you feel prepared for the retreat, we’ve created this informational packet just for you. We want to make sure you know everything you need to know before you arrive on March 17th.

Schedule of Events (Tentative – subject to change)

For those who plan to drive your own car, please see page 5. For those who

will be carpooling (either in need of a ride or who can take a few people up to the retreat), please contact your pastor or group leader to ensure that you are

on their carpool list.  

Friday – Dinner is on your own this night, so please eat before you arrive. 6:00 pm – Registration Check-In (no early arrivals please)

6:15 pm – Check into Rooms 7:00 pm - Social Hour / Photo Booth 8:30 pm - Evening Worship Service 10:30 pm – Small Groups 11:00 pm – Snack Shack / Social Time

7:30 am – Early Morning Prayer / Hike to the Cross 8:30 am – Breakfast 9:30 am – Morning Worship Service 10:30 am – Workshops 12:30 pm - Lunch 1:00 pm – Group Photo (outdoor field by Dining Hall) 1:30 pm - Free Time / “A”- Games 3:00 pm – Zip lining / Archery 6:15 pm – Dinner 7:30 pm - Evening Worship Service 10:00 pm – Small Groups 11:00 pm – Snack Shack / Social Time  

Sunday 8:30 am – Breakfast 9:30 am – Clear out of rooms 9:55 am – Morning Worship Service 12:00 pm – Dismissal

Things the camp will have:§  Drinking Water§  Snack/Gift & Coffee Shop§  Meals will be at 8:30 am, 12:30 pm, & 6:15 pm (Saturday & Sunday-breakfast only)§  Most cabins style rooms have a sink, toilet & shower within each room§  Motel Style rooms will have towels & linens provided (bring your own if you prefer).

I-5 North to Sacramento Highway 126 headed to the I-5

Take exit 176B for Lake Hughes Rd Take the I-5 North to SacramentoTowards Castaic Lake Park

Take exit 176B for Lake Hughes RdTurn right at Lake Hughes Rd. towards Castaic Lake Park

Turn Left at Pine Canyon Rd. Turn right at Lake Hughes Rd.

The Oaks is on the right Turn left at Pine Canyon Rd.

The Oaks is on the right Drive up the driveway, stay to your left. Continue driving up the driveway till you get to a fork,

turn left, all the cabins will be on your left, the Lodges will be on your right.. Check-in will be on your right in Lodge 200.

Upon arrival to camp, please check-in at the registration table located in the lobby of Lodge 200.

Cabins 1-7 is where most of our campers will be sleeping.

Childcare will be located next to Hayford Hall at the

Childcare Center.

Hayford Hall is where our Worship Services, Saturday Workshops and Small Group Meetings will be held.
