Unique machine design for powerful vertical production.With the DMC 650 V, DMC 850 V, DMC 1150 V and DMC 1450 V mod-els, DECKEL MAHO has upgraded nearly every aspect of this suc-cessful product line to meet the 3-axis milling challenges of tomorrow. The foundation of these performance enhancements lies in the stable machine bed made of polymeric concrete. In addition, a new rigid table features larger mounting space and load capacity for production of up to 2,000 kg workpieces (DMC 1450 V). Now with 36 m/min rapid trav-erse, the DMC V Series is also 20 % faster. For added performance, optional 42 m/min rapid traverse is available as well.

Deltatec 4500 CNCPLASMA OXY-FUEL COMBINATION CUTTING MACHINELaser Junctions’ impressive range of machinery

The DELTATEC is a flexible, rigid and compact construction in sturdy portal design with the latest control technology and integrated differ-ential compensation for precise guidance and harsh working environ-ments. Dual-sided rack and pinion drives with backlash free planetary gearboxes and brushless AC servo motors provide excellent dynamic properties at high contouring precision for best cutting results with a positioning speed up to 32.000 mm/min. With the Hypertherm HPR 260xd plasma source the machine has a plasma cutting capacity of 32mm and 150mm oxy-fuel capacity when cutting mild steel.

Laser Junction is one of Retecon’s longest standing customers. Es-tablished in 1995 Laser Junction has established itself as a market leader in the sheet metal industry, specialising in laser cutting, bending and steel fabrication.
