CAMPAIGN SUMMARY The retail campaign will examine new and exciting

technology that provides the wow-factor to high-

end retail stores in an urban high street. This highly

visual campaign will guide resellers through the

technology available and the opportunities for

bespoke solutions to attract high foot fall in this

competitive sector.

MARKETING ACTIVITY LIFE CYCLE: April 2015 — June 2015

OBJECTIVES

To increase the number of enquires for system

design, training and demo queries into our

specialist areas by 25%.

To develop resellers understanding of the

technology and awareness of brands available via

the Midwich Group.

Achieve at least 20 resellers per during our Open

Twitter Hour

A total of 50 social media mentions using the

#RetailTech

The latest trends in

showrooming before

purchasing online has been

seized upon by traditional

high street stores, who have

adapted showrooming to help

increase their online sales.

The reported to increase sales

should be considered to be

between 20-30% in 2015.*

The Shopping Centre

Investment market witnessed

a surge in activity in 2014, with

a 32% increase in investment,

this is only going to continue

into 2015.**

As online stores look to gain

an edge, many are now taking

a place on the highstreet to

cement their relationships

with consumers and 2015 will

see this trend increase. Oak

Furniture is an example of

this trend, having started as a

online trade over 10 years ago,

over 65% of its sales are on

high street showrooms #

DIGITAL MARKETING INTERACTIVE GUIDEThis interactive guide will be designed to showcase

the technology used within high end retail

applications. Detailing current retail market trends,

technology innovations and brands involved within

areas of front of house, showrooms, changing

rooms and the food court market.

ONLINEAn eshot will be sent to resellers who have either

recently purchased LFD (70” up), Videowalls,

Digital Signage solutions, Interactive Screens,

Security and/or flagged for the retail sector in

the last 12 months. This eshot will promote the

interactive guide. Three area-specific follow-up

eshots will be sent depending on clicks. All eshots

will invite resellers to relevant twitter session or

booking with one of our externals sales team to

discuss in more detail.

Between December 2011 and

14.9% to 20.1% (GFK, April 2014).

Global 4K TV sales

are expected to reach

22 million units in 2017
