June 2008 Current, 3rdMill – Senior Technical Consultant3rdmill was founded in 1997 as a web solutions company but quickly expanded to deliver the full range of IT services to its clients. During this growth period 3rdmill appeared in the BRW Fast 100 three times, and more recently in 2009 won an Australian Achiever award for customer service. Today, 3rdmill is a mature IT services company with staff across Australia and in New Zealand.
During this period I have been responsible for IT Infrastructure support, project planning and implementation for over 50 of 3rdMill’s key clients.

March 2001 June 2008, Network Remote Management Services – Senior Network Administrator Network Remote Management Services was started in 1996 and were focused on IT support for SMB’s. NRMS were acquired by CornerstoneIT in 2009. During this period I started out as a Call Centre Support Engineer for IBM, evolving into general IT support primarily for the SMB dealing mostly with travel agents. During this time my key responsibilities covered all duties required for the day to day running and support of small to medium businesses IT Systems.

After being appointed as one of IBM's first authorised dealers in Australia, BCA IT quickly grew and expanded its footprint to have offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane as well as Perth and were eventually acquired by Leading Solutions. Many of its customers are the who's who in corporate Australia.
During this period, I was responsible for the installation and maintenance of enterprise hardware systems.
