Have been instrumental in development of course content with training and organizing facilitators to instruct classes. Have developed and facilitated the creation of various training course materials such as manuals, guides, etc. These materials are used on a variety of service lines within Trican. The current format for Trican’s New Employee Orientation has been accepted as the template for a global training structure.
