Project Consultant, MacDonald Boyce Incorporated.Worked on various projects for several clients since 1995 including:Present position: Coordinator and assistant to the CEO at the Greater Moncton Homebuilders Association. (see attached annex for details). Mosaic-worked on resetting merchandise in local Wal-Mart stores – Oct 2013 Various Property Management Companies and property

owners – Managed in excess of 80 residential units; duties including rental and advertizing of residential units, tenant relations, minor maintenance and property upkeep, coordination of major renovations with sub trades…

St George Investments, Moncton, NB – Managed, leased and oversaw leasehold improvements for a 60,000 sq. ft. commercial office building. (5 year contract)

Lavoie Corporation, Dieppe, NB – Management, Sales & Marketing of various real estate projects including residential subdivisions, condominiums and apartment complexes. (3 year contract)

National Bank of Canada, Moncton, NB – Interim management of a condominium development project. (2 month contract)

Department of Transportation, Province of New Brunswick – Land acquisition agent responsible for the acquisition of land for the widening of the Trans Canada highway throughout NB. (1 year contract)
