Objective: I am a dynamic professional with extensive Call Center experience but not
limited to, seeking an opportunity for growth and advancement in a challenging

Utilization of email, phone calls, and several Web Platforms such as Service
Channel and Corrigo to process nationwide service requests in the AS400
system for plumbing, drain issues, water restoration and excavation.
Working directly with Corporations such as Target, Staples, and Walmart,
along with the Roto-Rooter Corporate Commercial Team and our branches

services.
