While working remotely from Atlanta, I developed and implemented innovative strategies for web-based user procurement for the English learning community - EnglishCafe. I also acted as a community manager keeping our users engaged and converting them into evangelists for the EnglishCafe brand. sourcing senior technical personnel for the Win Client and Mobile and Embedded Devices Groups then

towards the end of my tenure, I pursued software developers all over the world for the International

Recruiting Team. I eventually transitioned to the International Recruiting Team where I continued to

competitors’ operations were created for the purpose of targeting the best talent for certain

geographic areas.

hire personnel.

positions, including candidate sourcing, evaluation and selection.
