Reorganized department 3 times in 5 years, resulting in improved teamwork and achievement of goals. Maintained annual average housing occupancy of 98% after opening with Fall occupancy of 102%. Managed high profile conferences hosted by the college, including an event for 20 university/college presidents and a conference for 50 participants from various international countries. Major Accomplishments: Professionalized this Residence Life department by serving as the first non-cleric to hold the position of Executive Director for this Roman Catholic college. Created “Project Initiative” and "Team Res-Life" programs to improve services. Chaired the Academic Living & Learning Committee dedicated to academic excellence.
