o Check the e-mail daily,separate the level of work task according to the e-mail and arrange
the details and communicate with the relative department to finish the job tasks. Such as:
once get the part-time application form, I will communicate with the relative operation
department manager to follow the transportation for taking part-time from school andthen
contact with the part-time organizer to recruit helpers with relative requirement. Then check
and follow the relative part-time attendance form to make sure they get the salary.
o Login in the recruitment net to search the right candidate and contact with them for
interview and record their names, phone number, position and interview status for review.
o Daily updated the recruitment status, daily manning status. And remove the resigned TM
according to PAF correctly in order to make turn over report at the end of each month.
o Daily collect the application form for candidate agreed by relative department and do the
reference check in time and if the reference check is normal, I will put in the system waiting
for approval of 4D and GM. Once get the approved e-mail, I will send offer letter and contact
with the candidate to check in with relative material on time.
o Updated the position vacancy weekly according to the monthly manning and put the poster
outside and inside the hotel.
o Updated the checked TM each Monday and Tuesday in the recruitment status form and hired
their position in the system.

o Check the hotel TM information monthly and have the resigned TM summary monthly. And
assist the manager to finish the turn over report.
o Make management fee, expense account of transportation fee for trainee according to the
contract with school and submit to FIN and follow up until the school or trainees get it.
o Others:take part in the recruitment fair, arrange transportation to take the trainees and have
communication with trainees. Asst manager to deal with any work tasks.

o Check the e-mail daily and communicate with each relative department to finish some tasks
according to the e-mail. And seperate these tasks in different level and finished them on
time. Such as :once get the BEO for banquet will print them on the first time and give them
to different department head to prepare accordingly.
o Join in the team to help breakfast in the restaurant according to the occupancy. Such as :
help to fill the food on the buffet.
o Help to organize the safety form of each relative department weekly and if not any problems
will submit to the security department.
o Do department attendance record and correct the wrong points according to the
communication with each outlet and HR C&B monthly.
o Updated different buffet revenue and guests number weekly and submit to executive chef
quarterly for date analysis and improve the buffet better.
o Follow check list for KIT’S hygiene and ENG problems and send the updated checklist to
relative department
o Make monthly training summary for outlet kitchen department and asst outlet trainer to
finish their report by S M A R T ‘s guidance.
o Make monthly VIP welcome fruit report and verify the quantity with IRD. Besides , I will asst
Executive chef to adjust the cost report to make it balanced.
o Asst outlet department to finish the attendance report monthly and attend the attendance
meeting then deliver the key point to them during the brief meeting.
o Arrange small training for outlet department according to the fact, such as how to fill the PDR
report, how to make the training report according to the HR training request.
o Asst the executive chef to have the training for fresh trainees and arrange the training
materials in advance.
o Asst executive chef to prepare the documents according to QA standard and make sure to

past it, and record the ENG problems and send e-mail to relative department to follow up.

o Asst F&B Manager to prepare training materials for fresh trainees. Asst F&B Manager to
make PPT like the introduction for outlet restaurant , and the JD of each restaurant
waiter/waitress. Such as : how to take the plates, how to serve the red wine and how to up
selling and so on.
o Make full of the morning time to serve the breakfast and have a good command of the actual
service skill like how to put the dishware, how to refuse some unreasonable request of
guests then make the guests still satisfied with Hilton service and avoid the SALT low. And
then make full use of the afternoon time to finish the admin work.

TM during the training lessons.
o Monthly updated the top 10 selling of outlet restaurant and the worst 10 selling and send to
outlet manager to analysis the reason and find the best selling way.

Self Introduction I am a open mind and passionate girl. I can work under big pressure and
always have the good attitude to accept any mistakes and correct them in time and will not repeat.
Although I am not major in English but I love to speak english and try to express it professionally. During the college , I insisted to learn the english and prepare the test material and made learning plan and seperate little part and finish them step by step. And you can image that all my roommate watching the movie and i am there to read the book in the same room. Exvept that,(Hilton is my first job after graduation) the F&B Secretary was my first job after graduate , I never has the work experience in the hotel except that, and my internship is not hotel . It was very difficult for me at that time, i get up at 5:50am every morning and once get the hotel , will go tp the restaurant to serve the breakfast the whole morning and then back to the office to continue my admin work, almost get off the work at 22:00 each day, but I still insist to stay as I believe that i will get more once i insist . So i get the recognize from the hotel , I get many chances to have the internal transfer from FB Secretary to KIT Secretary to HR recruitment Supervisor . Although , these are a drop in the bucket ,but I just wanna to express that I will insist to finish all the tasks which I want however difficult it is , what’s more, once you give me the chance , I will not disappoint you with my attitude like the above example.
