Worked a couple different jobs by making sure the till and deposit were all correct but also got pro-moted to shift leader making sure everything was running smoothly. This taught me to be a leader and encounter stressful situation directly to try and fix a problem. Along with cashier, I was an expeditor bringing food out to the customers and making sure we stayed focused. I also performed cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, wiping tables, and restocking. I believe it is important to find the positive in whatever job I have and make others feel at home and welcome. Determination and working hard at any assigned task is key for a proper working environment while also having empathy for the people who walk in and need assistance with anything. Work is a humbling experience and it is also important to be patient with those who are not satisfied. The main goal is for the customer to be ecstatic with the service and walk out with a smile.
