Corporate Financial Analysis: Prepares financial analysis of income-producing real estate assets, to identify relative standing and operating levels; in preparation for valuation work done with other team members. Examines operating costs, income, and expenditures and forecasts future net income. Prepares cash flow models for direct and yield capitalization approaches.

Real Estate Analysis: Analyses public records of real property taxes, leases and assessments.
