WORK EXPERIENCE :

Total 26 years (from 1989 to till date) in all aspects like initial concept, design, tendering, value engineering, execution, quality assurance of HVAC, Elevators & DG Sets services.

1. ATS INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.

From February 2016 onwards working as DGM-Services

I am overall responsible for the design and implementation of air conditioning, ventilation, elevators, DG sets at all on going, upcoming residential, commercial, recreational projects.

JOB PROFILE:

Design review & check of initial design concept report, DBR (Design Brief Report) of Airconditiong Systems, Basement & Services Room Ventilation, Elevators & Escalators, and DG Sets of our all projects as prepared and submitted by consultants.

Comparing and deciding with management the most suitable AC system out of the options like split, VRV, central chilled water / air-cooled system based on application, cost, and agreement to customers.

Checking of heat loads and calculations

Design Review and checking of Elevators Configuration i.e. capacity ,speed , quantity with the help of Traffic Analysis

Checking of all Tenders & Tender Drawings of all mechanical services prepared by Consultants in coordination with our D/D team and ensuring timely submission of the same.

Applying value engineering i.e. optimization of design and technical specifications without any technical compromise meeting our project specific technical requirements with tried and tested products, keeping in view sustainability to achieve cost saving in our all ongoing / upcoming projects..

Attending design coordination meetings with architects and consultants.

Technical evaluation of bids submitted by vendors

Sending technical comments to purchase department and follow-up for placing orders for all mechanical services like air-conditioning system, ventilation fans, lifts, ducting.

Calculating Target Price for Mechanical Services of project and giving the same to Purchase just before finalization of order as per CMD sir instructions.

After award of work, checking of shop drawings, technical submittals prepared by vendors.

Coordination with site team for any technical clarifications and to ensure proper execution of work as per our specifications and drawings.

Visiting different sites for any design issues and random site checks.

Helping in smooth operation of facilities like AC, lifts at our HO and other delivered projects.

To find out the scope of improvement in the mechanical works already executed and implement the modifications if any.

Helping in resolving any other technical issues.

Correspondence with consultants, vendors, internal site, purchase, D/D team for timely exchange of information and follow-ups.

KRA / Accomplishments:

Achieved saving of INR 3.90 CR applying value engineering and reviewing / reassessing the two VRV systems in our two high rise residential projects.

Saved approximately INR 1 CR by reducing speed of elevators from 4 MPS to 3 MPS through traffic analysis without any compromise on requirements.

Cost Saving (INR 75 Lacs) and value addition in ducting works by reviewing and improving the ducting technical specifications.

Recently targets set by us for ordering of AC system, ventilation fans in our running projects were very close to final figure at which order have been finalized. This has ensured ordering at very fair price.

Received midterm increment as token of appreciation for my overall performance.

2. M3M INDIA LIMITED :

From March 2013 to September 2015 as DGM–Projects

I was responsible for design, cost saving, execution of HVAC, Elevators & Escalators, DG sets in high-rise residential, recreational and commercial projects.

From August 2005 to February 2013 worked as Sr. Manager –Projects

I was looking after HVAC, Elevators & Escalators, DG Sets, and VAM & Gas Engines of high rise office and Retail Buildings.

4. ETA INDIA LTD. :

From December 2003 to August 2005 worked as Dy. Manager with M/s ETA Limited at Delhi Metro MC1A Project looking after electro –mechanical works of MC1A.

Accomplishments: Successful completion of Electro-Mechanical Work of Delhi Metro MC1A project before given date.

5. From February 2000 to December 2003 worked as Project-in-Charge with M/s Kordansky India Pvt Limited looking after large piping projects

6. From November 1997 to February 2000 worked as Assistant Manager with M/s Taikisha Limited looking after MEP services of Industrial projects.

7. From July 1990 to November 1997 worked as Site-in-charge with M/s Voltas Limited, Delhi in Air-conditioning Division looking after HVAC projects using package and central plants in all types of building.

8. From July 1989 to July 1990 worked as a Trainee Engineer with M/s Dabur India Limited, Sahibabad (U.P).

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION :

Three years regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with First Class passed in the year 1989 from G.B.Pant Polytechnique, comes under Board of Technical Education, Delhi.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :

12TH in science passed with second division in the year 1986 and 10th class with first division in the year 1984 from Govt. Sr. Secondary School, Krishna Nagar, Delhi-110051.
