Job description and responsibilities

I have worked for PITB on the project of CRO (Criminal Record Office). This project is about maintaining the criminal records as per their finger prints. I have worked on the core development of this project on ASP platform, and on top of that I have worked on the database side of this project as well. A stable version of this project is running successfully in 36 districts of Punjab and currently I am working on the support of this deployed project, i.e., complaints, and bug resolution.

Projects

TransVid (ASP .NET / MVC , Entity Framework , MS-SQL) This was my final year project and it’s all about cutting short the fuss of multiple video uploads. All a user needs to do is to upload a video to our website (TransVid) it would then further be uploaded to multiple video promotional websites like Youtube, DailyMotion, Media Fire, as well as on cloud storage like Google Drive. This project involved extensive development work on ASP .net and Databases MSSQL Calculator (C/C++) This was a calculator that did addition, subtraction, multiplication and division on infinite length operands and the result could be of any length possible using dynamic character arrays.

Tic-tac-toe (C++/C#) It was pretty fun realizing this childhood game in programming language. Chess game with GUI interface (Java) It took my object oriented concepts and skill to a higher level. Mathematics, and logic it was all about. Working on GUI gave me a whole different dimension.

Lexical Analyzer with the help of DFA (Java) This gave me in depth knowledge of compilers and what processes a code goes through. This was a course project in the course of compiler construction, one of my favorites. Metro bus E-ticketing system (OOP) This is E-ticketing based project which developed using object oriented concepts.
