EvoGrip

For cost effective fully restrained connections of HDPE pipe

Application

Simple InstallationThe EvoGrip is extremely simple to install. With the use of 2 spanners the coupling is simply positioned and tightened. The self-energizing pressure seal ensures a leak proof joint. The gripping mechanism ensures axial restraint.

ApplicationEvoGrip Couplings are designed to provide fully restrained joints for HDPE pipework. The coupling is suitable up to and including a working pressure of 16 bar (1600 kPa).

Cost EffectiveThe EvoGrip is: - light weight - cost effective - extremely simple and easy to install with the use of 2 spanners.

The EvoGrip can be used on site eliminating the need and costs of Butt Welding machines for the connection of HDPE. Bulky and expensive TAK Clamps can be replaced with the EvoGrip. The EvoGrip also Replaces Stub & Flange connections for HDPE pipe.

Corrosion ResistantThe EvoGrip is manufactured from corrosion resistant materials that require no corrosion protection coatings or after installation petrolatum tapes such as Denso Tape.

EvoGrip

Bolts6 x M12 x 65mm Set Screws are supplied as fasteners for each product. The bolts are available in Hot Dipped Galvanized, Stainless Steel Grade 304 or Stainless Steel Grade 316.

Ultra Violet StabilizersThe EvoGrip moulding is produced by a direct injection moulding process, Ultra Violet (UV) stabilizers are introduced into the Nylon in order to provide resistance to Ultra Violet degradation when exposed to direct sunlight.
