Resort Development
Our glamping solutions are proven to be built stronger, last longer, are quick to construct and deliver a faster return on investment.
GO BEYOND Our luxury stretch series is the gateway to unique experiences where guests can escape life, pause, unhook and reconnect with nature without giving up creature comforts.
Everything we do is designed with your guest in mind to ensure the experiences we create are 100% authentic, shaped by the environment and driven by demand.
We know we’re selling more than tents – we’re selling experiences.
How we add value
Now that you’ve settled on the idea of entering or expanding in ecotourism and glamping, it’s important to evaluate how each provider guides you through the process, the quality of their products, and their value-adding services.
Eco Structures is proud to tread new territory in this regard, leading the movement that is fast making tented camps the world’s best resorts.
Our global market knowledge of the ecotourism industry has been fine-tuned from the lessons learned doing it ourselves, enabling us to fuse theory with practice to deliver a world leading system.
Our role is to share this intelligence with resort owners and operators who are ready and passionate about making their mark in the rapidly growing experiential travel movement.
Our project delivery process
Here we ask a range of questions including: Overall project objectives, number of accommodation units required, expected room rate, auxiliary buildings required, level of service, environment and logistical considerations and more.
Here, we’ll draw on our global expertise to add invaluable insights that shape better outcomes. These recommendations will be drawn from the results of the high level brief.
Inclusions: Architectural drawings, detailed floor plans of accommodation and auxiliary buildings, site layout and costings.

If required, we can work collaboratively with your appointed development team or provide recommended specialists who can worth with you directly; Architects, engineers, interior and landscape designers.
Designing the right tent structureOur unique process is designed to quickly create unique travel experiences that generate exceptional profit margins and high returns on capital. We add value at every step of the way, giving you every assurance you’re investing in the highest quality, longest lasting glamping products available today.
What we do for youThink of our end-to-end service as a road-map to achieving the most value enhancing outcomes for your experiential travel concept.
Discovery sessionOur experts can open discussions with you to identify project requirements, including discussing the travel concept you envisage. Here, we’ll draw on our global expertise to add invaluable insights that shape better outcomes.
Travel concept designThere is an art to triggering emotionally charged traveller experiences. It starts by ‘scripting’ how your guests will interact with you from check in to check out, then designing a physical eco structure solution that brings it to life.
Design your own masterpiece Our tents are not off-the-shelf products. While all come supplied in kit form, we give you the freedom to ‘make your own’ masterpiece by adding various components such as bath pods, ensuites and decking that bring your travel concept to life.
Price evaluation To ensure our solution offers unsurpassed asset value enhancement, we’ll work through your budget requirements in detail and develop a price proposal developed for your consideration.
Concept finalisation
We can help you select your fit-out and furnishings, develop a formal quote for approval and supply final drawings in order to gain council approval so you can purchase your solution.
Project delivery
Our experts can manage your entire project to get it off the ground, from preparing your building site, to manufacturing your custom solution, site delivery and installation assistance, treading lightly to ensure your travel concept is brought to life in its purest form.
Our servicesEco Structures is all about value enhancement, not simply selling tents. Our real world experience has taught us industry lessons that eco tent suppliers simply wouldn’t understand. So if you’re serious about creating a travel concept that is as rewarding for you as those who experience it, you need to know that true value goes beyond price alone.
Design Our internal design team can manage your project from end-to-end, from the initial design concept through the complex authority approvals process, even providing you with a set of approved documents ready for construction.
Architectural Design We can assist you with all levels of concept design including internal room layout, finishes and overall tent layouts on your property.
Master Planning For the larger scale or specialised case sensitive projects we can work collaboratively with your appointed development team or provide recommended specialists who you can work with directly. Alternatively, we can manage on an outsourced basis.
Council Approvals We have a thorough understanding of the compliance requirements of our product, including Tourist park accommodation. Tourism accommodation, Communal facilities and Education camps. We can provide you with preliminary advice or manage the complex council approvals process on your behalf, allowing you to focus on the overall project and/or the operation of your existing facility.
3D Renders We can deliver high-resolution pre-visualisation imagery of your project as required.
Interior DesignIt’s time to get creative. Stamping your own style of furnishings and fittings can elevate your Eco Tents and Modules to another level of luxury, with the flexibility to ‘make your own’ masterpiece.

INTERIOR DESIGN
YOUR RESORT. OUR EXPERTISE.Not only do we build and supply strong, beautiful structures - we can also guide you from conception right through to completion of your resort project.
We have the expertise to help you with the interior and exterior selections right through to the installation and opening, providing you with as much or as little assistance as you need along the way.
Every project is different. Some are small and need assistance with minor selections such as flooring or perhaps furnishings and accessing suppliers. Others are confident working with our designs as they are and with developing their project themselves.
Whatever your needs Eco Structures have you completely covered with a dedicated design team and a wealth of proven experience designing, building, project managing, operating and delivering to completion all aspects of tourism projects around the globe - from budget to boutique all the way through to six star luxury.
Endless possibilities, designed for success. It is essential in tourism to stand out from the crowd, and provide your guests with a unique experience!
Although simplicity is what we are about, the finished product can be as detailed as you desire.
Our structures are designed so they can be manipulated in endless ways, and we have a multitude of tricks to do this simply and effectively so that your resort reflects the uniqueness of you and your brand.
Create, curate and procureFF&E: The complete turn-key solution.
FF&E is essentially anything which can be moved in to and out of the structure ie; furniture, linen, curtains, crockery, lighting etc).
Often this is the area which can make or break a project in terms of creating a unique experience for your guests, and getting the best out of your budget.
It is important to have carefully curated pieces to reflect your vision, your individuality, and your market.
With direct wholesale access to numerous Australian and international furniture, linen and hospitality suppliers we can curate a customised schedule of items for your project - passing on the savings directly to you. Quite often these savings will cover most, if not all of your interior design fees.
In addition to furniture wholesalers, if bespoke best fits your requirements, we can also design and manufacture pieces, particularly for larger resort developments.
The design processThe design process, put simply, can be broken in to four key stages.
We are here to help with elements of a stage, up to a stage or at every stage along the way.
Stage 1: Vision
Stage 2: Documentation
Stage 3: Implementation
Stage 4: Delivery
It starts with a vision
Stage 1: Vision
We start with a meeting where we discuss your unique vision, the budget and the outcomes your would like for your project.
From here we create some mood boards with options and ideas based upon the brief with floor plans, any structural additions and alterations with specific design resolutions, furnishings, fixtures and finishes together with an indicative budget to deliver this.
During this process the designer will work along side the building / architectural team to present a well planned internal and external design resolution for the buildings or tents complete with functional design and aesthetics to meet the brief.
The final stage includes a presentation
back to the client to gather any feedback and integrate changes as required prior to the next stage; Documentation.
Mood boardsVillas
Mood boardsPrivate Ensuite
Mood boardsTented Accommodation
Mood boardsDining & Living area
Administrate & integrateStage 2: Documentation This stage involves preparing concise schedules and budgets of all finishes and or furniture items as required for the project.
This document can then be used by all involved and will communicate the concisely, what, where and how much.
For straight forward projects this can be simply a selection of finishes scheduled or for the more complex projects with a great deal of smaller FF&E items it is an essential tool to track supply, substitute items as required whilst keeping everyone informed and the budget adhered to.
In order to finalise the schedule other documentation may be required during this process such as drawings for cabinetmakers or others within the production team in order to get final quotes and ensure the correct outcome.
Making it happen
Stage 3: Management and delivery
For Interior Design Contracts this stage encompasses delivery management and ensures that what has been documented is what gets delivered and the outcome correctly reflects the conceptual design.
For FF&E Contracts
This is when all the final invoices are raised with suppliers on behalf of the client and payments between the client and suppliers are tracked to ensure that delivery can be met. In some instances, usually larger contracts, a single bill can be raised to expedite this process.
Cost of Goods to be passed on to client at wholesale and trade rates where applicable.
Freight and logistics need to be managed during this stage..
Welcoming your guest
Stage 4: Installing the turn-key solution
If you require assistance with installation of furniture items, we can organise a team to do this.
The cost will depend upon the size and location of the project and the scale of the works involved.
This is typically based upon a per unit cost, involves co-ordinating delivery from a number of suppliers and often storage of items off site until the project is ready to fit out, meeting the trucks, receiving the goods at site, distributing all items to the relevant buildings and zones, unpacking the goods, assembling goods, managing any issues as they arise, supply of a depreciation schedule, removal of rubbish and packaging and final styling ... ready for your guests to enjoy!
