2.6.9 Travel and subsistence allowance:-he Local Authority shall pay all travelling and subsistence expenses in respect of natters which the Local Authority has given hin permission to attend and also any incidental travel ling expenses incurred in the execution c£ V.ls duties, for which no provision has been nade above; provided that such tariff shall not be lower than the rate paid by the Board fron tine to tine.
