Introduction

The Seaham Hall Residences will be positioned next to our Georgian country house hotel which is rich in heritage, contemporary in style, and has been named among the best places to stay, dine, and celebrate in the North East. The Dining Room, headed up by chef Damian Broom, serves dishes inspired by the rugged North Sea and glorious Durham countryside, while the Pan-Asian restaurant, Ozone, is where you can sample warming curries, vibrant stir fries, and tempting tapas selections in a truly theatrical setting.

From the moment I arrived until my departure the next morning, the experience was a delight. The hotel itself is magnificent, beautifully furnished and decorated. The atmosphere was super relaxed, and yet the staff are always on hand to anticipate what you need.

The Dining Room is where you can sample the best of modern British fare in a fabulous setting. Glittering 14 carat gold plated chandeliers, deep chairs and cosy booths, and gorgeous Georgian windows - all watched over by our former resident Lord Byron, whose portrait hangs proudly on the wall.

Ozone is where you can tuck into Pan-Asian cuisine in a truly theatrical setting. Our dishes are warm, vibrant and, above all, authentic. And as the restaurant is located in the Serenity Spa, it’s simply perfect for laid-back lunches, afternoon teas, or tempting dinners after a spell in the spa.
