Reserve your seat: Roscommon Equipment Center Workshop Sept. 14-17 2020 The experience Reserve your seat for a four-day professional development workshop at the Roscommon Equipment Center, a national fire equipment program facilitated by the Michigan DNR supporting fire programs across the nation. Attendees from federal, state and local fire agencies will network with each other while participating in hands- on activities. Full agenda to follow at Michigan.gov/RoscommonEquipmentCenter. Highlights include: • Field demonstrations and hands-on operation of Michigan DNR firefighting equipment • Tour of the Roscommon Equipment Center’s manufacturing facility • Work one-on-one with design experts to discuss equipment needs and request design assistance • Professional development and skill sharing; each attendee will provide a 10-15 min lightning presentation Reserve your seat E-mail your name and agency information to Dave Stockoski by July 31. Space is limited. Travel and lodging Michigan DNR staff will transport guests to and from Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City and to daily program activities. Attendees will make hotel reservations at the Days Inn in Grayling. Flights, hotel and meal expenses will be covered by attendees’ agencies.
