Hence, it is a joint position co-located in the Haskayne School of Business and the Faculty of Environmental Design. The Parker Professor will teach one course for each of business and environmental design, and will provide research and community outreach opportunities in conjunction with the activities of the Westman Centre for Real Estate Studies. The position is for a five-year term.
Dr. Morrow has a PhD in Urban Planning & Development from UCLA, a Master’s in City Planning from MIT, and a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill. The Healthcare Operational Excellence (HOPE) Laboratory is featured in the Biomedical Engineering Research Strategy document as part of the Optimized Health Care System Performance “critical emerging research theme”. Sherry Weaver and Diane Bischak from OSCM are among a group of university researchers who worked hard for operations management and engineering to be included within this research theme.
