Topic: Determinants of individual factors on employee work stress Problem Statement Work stress has been affecting the employees working’s performance in many organizations. Work stress exists in different parts of the organization and has an impact whether positively or negatively on work performance depended on various individual factors such as an individual stress’s tolerance. Employees that react negatively or positively to work stress will have a different results in the performance of their work. The receiving end of this work’s performance usually affects the customers that bought the products or services. With work stress management, employees and managers together will work out the individuals’ stress level and reduce it accordingly. Unresolved stress levels will continue to deteriorate the organizations’ overall work performance. It is important to have employees moderating their stress levels in doing their work to increase their work’s performance as well as their enthusiasm about work and life. Murphy’s three approaches to stress intervention model is proposed to document the development process of interventions to prevent work stress and evaluating the effectiveness of this theory aiming to reduce the employee’s work stress and improving their well being. Problem Statement

Work stress has been affecting the employees working’s performance in many organizations.
