The international symposium in NDE is organised by Research Scholars at the Center for Nondestructive Evaluation (CNDE), Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Madras along with the Research in NDT Committee of the Indian Society for Nondestructive Testing (ISNT), to bring together passionate students in the field of NDE. This symposium is a platform for young researchers to network with professionals in academia and industry, and gain invaluable expert feedback on their ongoing research projects.

Organizing Team: The event is being organised by researchers at the Center for Nondestructive Evaluation, IIT Madras with guidance from the Research in NDT committee of ISNT.

Accommodation will be provided on first-come-first-served basis to limited number of participants. The beautiful campus of IIT Madras is located at the center of the metropolitan city of Chennai. There are many hotels available in near vicinity of the campus.

Top three paper presentations will receive awards in the valedictory session of NDE2018 to be held in
Mumbai (19-21 Dec'18).
Registration:
Papers are invited on various topics in qualitative and quantitative Nondestructive evaluation. Interested authors may submit their abstracts for review and selection.
Participating national and international UG/PG students and research scholars can register online through the symposium website by paying a fee of Rs. 1000/- (including 18% GST). Please note that this fee is non-refundable.
