Awards/Appointments Jessica Cook, Ph.D. will serve as Chair on the Training Committee for the Society of Nicotine and Tobacco Research. Sharon Haase, MD received the “Leadership Enhancement Development” Award from the National American College of Physicians in April 2010. Norm Jensen, MD was reappointed to the Wisconsin Medical Society Council on Healthcare Ethics this year. This is a three-year term. Elaine Rosenblatt, MSN, FNP-BC was named Chair of the Professional Development Committee for ATHNA (American Travel Health Nurses Association) in May 2010.
