• Insurance physicians have different types of intentions

• Some of these are related, although not strongly

Future research will focus on:

• Other components and relationships of TPB

• Relationship between attitudes/intentions and satisfaction with communication

• Applying the same model to claimants

• Teaching physicians to handle communication styles in assessment interviews

La recherche future se concentrera sur :

• Les autres composantes et relations TCP

• La relation entre les attitudes/intentions et la satisfaction à l’égard de la communication

• L’application du même modèle aux demandeurs

• Apprendre aux médecins à maîtriser les divers styles de communication dans les entretiens d’évaluation
