Interview- Georgie Campbell, 15

The above original photos were taken outside The Roundhouse in Camden, due to the weather the lighting wasn’t the best so I will be using Photoshop to adapt and improve the quality of the chosen photos or if possible I will retake the photos on a brighter day. From the photos above, the ones that I would want to include in my final production would be numbers; 2, 4 and 7. This is because number 2 captures a view of both parts of the building and reflects the background and surroundings of the location. Image number 4 presents an overview of the area with a music advertisement of the roundhouse, with added resolution this image can be improved. Image number 7 gives a plain wall view of a poster, the contrast in lighting could pose to be very effective on the front cover of my magazine.

The above original photos were taken along the main market road in Camden Town with a selection of music shops as well as the Jazz Café on the bottom right. I took several shots of each image, this way I could have a selection to choose from. Also, the lighting wasn’t very good due to poor weather so I chose to take as many as possible to give me more options when editing them during the production process. From the photos above the ones that I would choose to include in my final product would be numbers 2 and 6. This is because the lighting in the other images is quite bad and the particularly up-close shots of the guitars give a poor reflection, image number 2 gives a good angle that could be appealing for my front cover. Also, image number 6 gives an overview of the surroundings as well as the building itself capturing all the details.
